A pre cut kit back in Australia in the hot Aussie Christmas summer in 2009...took me a week but I think it really turned out well for my first ever quilt....I am surprised I tackled something so involved for the first time!
What was your inspiration?
Walking into a quilt store for the first time.....then saw the prices of the fabric and freaked out! Went online and found a great site and ordered the whole kit....the lady who had the site was a great help to this beginner on her first quilt
What are you most proud of?
Finishing it in the awful hot Aussie sun over the Christmas period in 2009...and the fact that I didn't have anyone close by to ask to help me....had to figure it all out myself!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Go for it....its quite simple and gorgeous.
