What was your inspiration?

My goal, when I'm finished with this course, is to hopefully make a pizza in a wood-burning stove outside like our teacher, Peter Reinhart.

What are you most proud of?

The crust was nice and thin and the taste of the crust was excellent. In fact, I've never had a store-bought pizza or a delivered pizza that had a crust that was as good as this.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Work on the crust which is taught in the course. One of the most important things is to make sure your oven is really hot. My oven does not get hot very quickly and I think I need to let it preheat even longer. The crust was not cooked as crispy as it should've been. But it was very delicious nonetheless.
