What was your inspiration?

After learning so much already in the course, I figured it was high time I add a person to my photo shoot. Since I'm still in the first year of business and I have a tight budget, I was the person added. I lovingly conned my dad into being the photographer and set him up with a list of rules for shooting knitwear. He was insistent that he took tons of photos - 5 total - and that I'd have something I could use. With the aid of Photoshop he was right. I was able to crop out my closed eyes in the picture that showed off the pattern the best and go black and white for the background in the other one.

What are you most proud of?

Trying something new and implementing newly learned knowledge

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I wrote a blog about the whole shoot which included 8 cowls, 1 sweater, and 1 tank - a list of things not to do when shooting your first time. Check it out at lnlecochicknits.blogspot.com
The "Off the Cuff" cowl pattern will be released early September
