Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This has been my first attempt at creating a flower cake. I've just tried to reapply the technique learnt in Alan Dunn's class to different flowers .

What beautiful rose, well done especially for first attempt. Did you use a single or 5 petal rose cutter for this?
