What are you most proud of? That I made wontons! And it tasted fabulous :) just like at PF Changs

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just try it! The nice part is that you can't really screw these up - put whatever filling you have in the wontons and boil

I already had ground chicken on hand, so I swapped that for the shrimp. Also, my husband loves tofu and I served this for dinner, so I added tofu to the broth after I took out the aromatics so that the dish would go further and be more filling. I also added garlic to the broth, simply because I love garlic in everything :) It came out fantastic!

That looks delicious! Great idea to add the tofu. I will have to try that; my husband is a tofu-lover, too.
