Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I had no idea making croissant dough was such a unique process. You really do want to watch Colette Christian demo the techniques if you have never attempted making croissants. Quality flour and butter make them taste wonderful.

I want to add that I normally don't bake , and had to actually borrow a rolling pin and baking pans so I could make the croissants. Colette's instructions were so excellent that my croissants came out light, tender, and wonderfully delicious even though I have very little experience. I'm thrilled. I'll definitely make these again, so will need to buy a rolling pin (gave one away 15 years ago because I never used it!) and some pans. Maybe I'll start spending less time in my sewing room, and more time in the kitchen learning to cook! I'm very glad I bought this class, and highly recommend it.
