What materials did you use? Cottons and cotton /polyester blends from my stash for the front. Pink fleece for the backing (also from my stash!) and quite a deep wadding I bought for some reason a few years ago ;-)

it's nice and warm on the legs when the house is a bit cold but you don't want to light the fire. It is unseasonly cold in Britaiin at the moment ! x

It's difficult to believe that that's your very first quilt - it's lovely! Well done! I really like the little appliqued hearts. I'm very happy to see you're becoming as addicted to quilting as I am. My house is never clean or tidy nowadays and everyone who visits goes home covered in thread and cat's hairs!
