What was your inspiration?

One word: Beowulf.

What are you most proud of?

I'm proud that I was able to make this with some metal wire and some old pliers lying around the house. I'd like to get better tools and materials but, for what I had, I think this came out pretty good.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I started with using a simpler pattern (European 1 into 4 mail) but this wire was too thin for it and it easily came apart. I'm going to use thicker wire next time. Another option might be smaller links.
