What materials did you use? Cotton fabrics from my stash. Machine washable quilt from Ikea.

What are you most proud of? That I could learn online!

Good for you! I started FMQ without much success. Have a couple of Craftsy classes to help me, but just cannot seem to get enough time to concentrate on it. Hopefully this summer, as I have a couple of quilts I want to work on. Your did a lovely job. Thank you for posting. I'm encouraged

I saw your quilts. They are beautiful ! I admire your patience and eye for details. As to my first attempt at FMQ, I had been so amazed that my home sewing machine can sew in all directions! with the quilting foot. WOW. That fact alone over ride all my concerns regarding the messy uneven, uncontrollable stitch length, crooked lines, badly formed swirls & loops PLUS the horrible mess at the back of my quilt. So, I just quilt on till I have no space to practice on. The result is as posted, passable front with a horrible back. Strangely enough, the less I care about getting my FMQ "perfect", the better I get. So much so, on my 2nd quilt, I could control my quilting much better and the mess at the back of my quilt disappeared! I hope you have lots of fun at FMQ this summer. Cheers
