What are you most proud of? I am most proud of the fact that I was even able to complete this project, let alone my efforts be good enough to present as a wedding cake and I feel confident I won't let my brother and my new sister down on their special day!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't be daunted. This cake looks amazing and technically very difficult but actually its easier than it looks. You just need to allow plenty of time. I found that when running the fondant through the KA pasta roller the suggested level (6 i think) was too thin and the fondant tore really easily. I adjusted the thickness up to level 4 and this seemed to work much better for me as an amateur.
