My black & white fabric is from Hobby Lobby just to see if I have the measurements right. The multi colored is fabric I bought from Linda at the Sew Expo in Atlanta recently. I LOVE this fabric!!
What was your inspiration?
I was inspired to sew with knits because that's what I really like to wear. But I became very discouraged when I went shopping for an entire day and never found a top to fit me.
What are you most proud of?
I am so happy to finally have some new tops that fit. Since my figure doesn't match what is made in ready to wear, I decided I better learn to sew. I couldn't be more pleased and can't wait to make more!!!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The T-Shirt pattern that I bought from Linda Lee at the Sewing Workshop is a great beginner top for sewing with knits.
