Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I made a luscious chocolate cake and filled it with chocolate frosting and ganached each cake tier . I then covered each cake tier with white fondant, then gave it an air brushed pearl finish. Added gum paste pearls and man made diamonds to embellish the cake. After laying the bottom tier with fondant i then added fondant frills and added touches of diamonds to enhance the elegant look. To top off the decorations i added real white roses to match the brides wedding decor. Techniques used: air brush and molds
