Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Fondant to cover the cake & Gumpaste for the flowers, frame & seashell. Edible picture. I used silicone mold for some seashell but others were done freely. I used praline and a bit of graham cracker for the sand.
What are you most proud of? I was happy to have a very presentable project even if I changed part of the design. My daughter and her groom are both studying in marine biology and were impressed with the realistic seashell decorations.
