What was your inspiration?

I bought my wheel, never learned to use it, and after 6 months later, I just bought Felicia's Craftsy class just for the heck of it. Then everything just clicked. I practiced on some plain wool fiber that came with the wheel, and then took out this beautiful spinning fiber I bought even before I bought my wheel. I didn't want any stripes in my wheel so I tried to divide up the colors as much as possible and then plied in 2-ply. You can see how my singles weren't even and has thick and thin spots, but overall, it made nice sock yarn. I have to check after I was done knitting, for any thin spots especially in the toes, balls, and heels, and reinforced it.

What are you most proud of?

the fact that my spinning got made into socks!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

be patient, it'll get better...
