What was your inspiration?
My married children are talking about starting families. I want to create baby items to remind them how special they are to my husband and me.
What are you most proud of?
I have crocheted afghans over the years, but never thought I could create a crocheted garment that was the correct fit. What a simple, but manageable challenge - a baby cardigan! I look forward to shopping for the tiny buttons!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you want to try crocheting a garment, this class is for you! Linda Permann gives excellent explanations. The close up photography is wonderful and gives the visual detail while Linda explains what and why she is doing what she is doing. The various aspects of this class can be used for adult projects as well. For me, I look forward to making more baby cardigans as my family grows!
