I think you are skinnier than you think you are! I would take some from the back and side seams. Your seams are beautifully straight. You are doing great.

I think you may have started out with the wrong size. Take you measurements and check on pattern. Use the size which matches your hips. Its much easier to add or subtract from the waist if required.

this is just a suggestion, from looking at the photo of the side, it looks as though you have 3 different aspects of the pattern to fix. From top to bottom. The first is the diagonal folds that go from the side seam to about half-way down the buttocks. Release the side seam and repin until the folds go away and note the changes. The next issue are the folds under the buttocks. Could this be a flat butt issue? The last challenge are the diagonal folds to mid-knee. From the side view, they look as though they start on the front top-thigh/front hip region, extending the front crotch at the point where it meets the back would help.

Maybe one more scoop at the back crotch, let them out just a bit at the high hip and take them in the rest of the way down on the side seams. I actually have the full thigh too. I let out the princess seam in the front and it really helped.
