Once you have mastered the art of creating a kusudama flower then you have opened the door to creating a mobile. I use embroidery hoops or brass rings for the top of my mobiles. What was your inspiration?
I love music, I love paper art, and I love crafting ..... So, I set out to create something for the music lover.
What are you most proud of?
I love the fact that I have mastered the art of making origami kusudama flowers and have added my own spin to this art. The journey has been exciting.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
When folding a kusudama flower start with four inch squares of paper. Practice makes perfect in this origami craft. Once you are able to make a pretty flower the skies the limit. Mobiles, bouquets, bookmarks, magnets ... You can use your kusudama flowers for everything imaginable.
