What was your inspiration?
I found this pattern online and loved the design. I'm not quite ready to tackle a large quilt and these small projects are great ways to learn the various steps.
What are you most proud of?
Learning how to make the binding and mitered corners.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I'm not quite sure why the material puckered here and there... perhaps I need to pin more? Also, I should have done a better job of squaring the piece before adding the quilting because the lines are kind of crooked. I see how important that is now... I guess I could make it more wonky so it doesn't matter!
