Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: For this cake, I used the techniques taught by Jessica on how to ganache and cover a square cake in fondant using the upside down method. I also used part of her template and the wax paper method to transfer onto the cake. I wish I used her fondant recipe instead of the fondant I had saved from my last project as it was too dry and gave me a lot of problems when covering this cake :(...so not as sharp and smooth as I intended, but lesson learned! Thanks Jessica!
