What was your inspiration?
I wanted something simple and I was quite into moss stitching at the time. Almost everything I was making had moss stitch in there somewhere!
What are you most proud of?
The name! Haha! It is Mossy Pearls because the moss stitch is on top of the purl brim. Very clever I'm telling you.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Very easy to alter the pattern to make the hat floppier or shorter by increasing the amount of rows needed before the crown section.
