What was your inspiration?
A red couch, Mexican design and the need to carry items to guests.
What are you most proud of?
When people say, "you made this!?" I also love using iridescent tiles, there are only 3 colors of tiles in this tray (red, green, purple), but because they are iridescent, they give off an interesting sheen, depending upon the lighting.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have a vision, patience and just have fun! I would finish the mosaic process before starting the painting process.
