What was your inspiration?
I'm trying to give my living room a "world traveler" vibe. I saw some Moroccan-inspired living rooms online and loved all the colorful stacked pillows.
What are you most proud of?
The price! I've seen a lot of floor pillows, ottomans and poufs in shops, and they're pretty pricey. Making them myself is much cheaper, and gives me more control of coordinating all of the colors so that they work with what's already in the room.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Buy PLENTY of polyester fill! I ended up cannibalizing two spare bed pillows to finish the project.
