What materials did you use? Quilting cotton

What are you most proud of? I took days piecing the blocks together an it paid off. The corners match and so do the curves within the blocks. When I finished it was a perfect 63.5 square. It should have been 64.5, so I lost an inch somewhere, but at least it was off by that inch both in width and length.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I would have cut my pattern pieces a tad longer than the templates in order to have some wiggle room when squaring up the blocks. Some of my seams are a scant 1/4 inch because I didn't quite have enough for the full seam allowance.

Really nice - I am looking forward to doing one of these type quilts with the class training.

Love the 3-D effect. It looks like the blocks are stacked on top of each other. Nice work!
