Colors are so dull, I suspect this fabric has some poly in it.

Just that blue on turquoise piece for suspicion of polyester.

Oh, wow!! Those are magnificent and, for the record, I love those dull colours. I'm new at this shibori dyeing. For all the newbies out here, how did you manipulate the fabric to get the angled stripes?

fanfold into a long narrow-ish strip, then wrap diagonally around a pvc pipe. Secure with many rubber bands maybe 3/4 inch apart & push the fabric down to one end of the pipe.
