Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I tried to follow Maggie's frill instructions more directly, but ended up with flattened fondant instead of frilly fondant, so I went over the strips again with a dog bone tool to frill it more. Now I wish I had just left them as they were and trusted the instructions, as these frills are a little too frilly haha I used a mini skeleton keyring bought off ebay to create a mold for the Tarman figurine.

What are you most proud of? The toppers were requested by the bride, she is a kiwi and hubby is an Aussie. Hubby is a big fan of the zombie Tarman, and requested a mini Tarman poking out from the cake somewhere.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? The glucose syrup we get here in Aus was great for gluing on the veil. Making the figurines ahead of time saves time, as the ruffles were very time consuming.
