What are you most proud of? They are very easy and several can be made in a and hour. Great last minute gifts and great use of stash pieces.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Have fun with colours. Here is the link to the video that shows how to make these. The designer of the hot pads is Jina Barney and she was nice enough to send me the following link to the vide. http://www.rileyblakedesigns.com/how-to-videos_Simple-Projects/

I love quick and easy projects. Your pot holders are a great idea. No one ever has too many of them and they wear out just in time for new replacements.

I agree with all your comments and will add that these make good use of some of the many scraps we all have.

I love your fabric choices and the quarter square triangles. I'll have to try that. I've been enjoying making hot pads from scraps.

Many thanks. This is a great way to make hot pads. I watched a video on the Riley Blake website. It is not done with quarter square triangles.

I know how I'm busting through my stash of fabric soon, I will have a ton of hot pads to give at Christmas :-) Yay :-) This is wonderful, thank you :-)

What is the size of your fabric? Is there a pattern somewhere? I went to the Riley Blake website but couldn't find a video or pattern instructions. Please help. I really need some new potholders and I love the look of these.

The pattern calls for 5 8.5" squares, but it seems to me I used 10" squares. I have sent an email to the pattern designer about the availability of the pattern and will get back to you when I hear.

Can you give us the name of the designer so we can order the pattern for ourselves. Thanks
