100% Cotton left over fabric from Moon Glow Quilt Kit.
What was your inspiration?
I loved the fabric for my Moon Glow Quilt, but didn't know what to do with it until I watched the episode for String Quilt on the Quick-Strip for Paper Piecing class. This is a lap quilt I get to keep for myself.
What are you most proud of?
I used only scraps from the Moon Glow Quilt kit by Jinny Beyer - nothing purchased. I love the look of it.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be very careful that you allow adequate seam allowance on the strings. I had to re-work a few of my seams because the allowance was too shallow.
