Where did you get skeleton template? Great job!

I just Googled "Monster High logo" and got a clean jpg. I put it in Word and printed it. I used an Xacto knife to cut out the image and then laid the paper over fondant and used the Xacto again to cut the right shapes. I use this method all the time, it works great!

very nice cake. I love the shape you gave to the sides of the cakes, perfect and original

Thanks, that hourglass shape was tricky to cover in fondant, I need more practice at that!

Hi! Amazing cake! How did you stuck each cake between the foams?

09/09/2013 Flag

Thank you! I followed the instructions from the Craftsy Class, Richard Ruskell's Topsy Turvy cake. There's a center pole supporting everything. The cakes are just glued to the foam with buttercream, but you cut the hole in the boards slightly smaller than the center pole, so they are really wedged on there. It's very secure. Check out the class, it's good and he gives you all the math and measurements.

Pricing varies widely depending on where you live, so it isn't really fair for me to give a price here, sorry.
