I bought a Happy Birthday Banner from the dollar store.
You then take different scrapbooking paper and trace the letters onto it. Cut it out and then glue the new letter on the banner.
I also printed out pictures of Monster High and added them to customize it to the theme. I also put the birthday girls name on one of the pictures just to make her feel a little more special =)
This was done for less that $2.50. That is cheaper than buying the Monster High Banner sold at the party store.
