What was your inspiration?

Looking through the Monster High doll accessories in the store, there just isn't a large selection. If you want jewelry for them, you have to buy an entire outfit. A lot of the jewelry is plastic that's going to break when they are played with. The Monster High girls need sturdy jewelry and they need more of it!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

For the earrings, measure your gauge before making the earwires. A gauge smaller than 20 is going to be too skinny for the earring hole in the doll.

Some of the dolls do not come with holes in their ears for earrings. You can gently punch a hole using a thick beading needle.
