What was your inspiration?

A friend of mine gave me a huge amount of pockets that she had cut out from shirts she used as fabric. In the interest of finding something fun to do with all of these pockets...Pocket Mosters was born!

What are you most proud of?

Honestly, I think I'm most proud of having come up with a series of original creations that are fun to look at and fun to make. I truly loved making every one of them, and I'm sure more are to come! Eventually, I'll be selling them on etsy, I guess...if I can stop giving them to friends and family! Or, if you want one...just shoot me an email at ambersheais@gmail.com

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Best advice for this project? HAVE FUN! Use you imagination. Just grab a pocket, and attach some fusiible webbing to some fabric and cut and iron and embellish as much or as little as you would like. It's a fantastically fun project and really doesn't require much work or time (unless you want it to!)

Also, think of some cool ways to give these as gifts. Instead of giving a boring card with money stuffed inside of it, use the pocket to give the cash. Or tuck a love note in the pocket. Or, you know, an engagement ring. lol
