What was your inspiration?
I wanted to make my Mom something special, and I'm not setup to make large quilts. She doesn't really carry bags either, so when I got to this section of the lesson I thought it would be a perfect holiday gift. With the soft colors and variations of light and dark, I think it will match her decor.
What are you most proud of?
That I completed my second SITD project 100%. Yay!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be very careful snipping the inside corners. Making repairs is terrible; I just learned from that mistake.
