My fathers favorite shirts for one side and fabrics themed with butterflies for the other
What was your inspiration?
When my dad passed away, mom would look at his closet & smile at some of his shirts. I told her to choose his favorites & I would get them back to her where she could be warmed by them. Dad loved hummingbirds, so I got online & found a silouhette to hand stitch the quilt with. The other side is made of blocks of butterflies which is moms favorite.
