I fell in love with the ruffles on the teenage girl's skirts at church, I had to add a ruffle to a handbag.

That this pattern is so cute and because of the detailed instructions, most anyone with basic sewing skills can make it. And it's free.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Read all the way through the instructions and then go to my website and read the sew along. If you do that you'll won't have any problem making this pattern.
