What was your inspiration?
I wanted to make a quilt for my granddaughter. I saw a boys quilt in a magazine that was nine patch, rail fence and star appliques. I left out the rail squares and appliqued hearts and flowers, and added a stripped border.
What are you most proud of?
I love the striped border with the scalloped edges.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use your imagination, and have fun
