Instructions

View the Cat Bordhi vid on YT for how to do a Moebius cast on over a doubled and long circ needle. Review any book by Elizabeth Zimmerman or Meg Swanson about casting off uniquely. Barbara Abbey's book of lace edgings... I picked a simple and narrow one for this cowl - a wide edging would over power this darling cowl design.

Materials

Fingering yarn from Knit Picks; size 8 circ needle 40". Project took 50g ball + 2 yards. If doing the I-Cord cast off, 50g ball will be enough. And... I made this for me. *g*

Forgot to say: I added some eyelets during the last 9 rows of cowl b/c by this time I knew I would use a lace castoff and I thought it would look better this way. It helped to 'flair' the edge slightly and was a perfect setup to the lace castoff.
