Did you free motion quilt those perfect circles?

I did not. The circles were quilted with the feed dogs up!

Your quilt is really awesome! Are the little rectangles appliqus?

The rectangles are not appliqus, they are pieced. It was a pattern created by Bill Kerr and Weeks Ringle. You were given certain parameters as to how you could create the rectangles with some creative liscence so each set is different in size.
