I machine stitched around the outside & hand appliqued the center circle.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Match the fans well & it works great.
( My machine did not want to go over a lot of those seems very well. I should of hand appliqued it all, that would of worked better for me. There are four layers of fabric in each of those seems. So if your machine is a little picky ... This is just a heads up for you.)
