What materials did you use? Cotton quilting scraps all from one collection of Moda fabrics (At Waters Edge), cream back ground yardage,

What are you most proud of? I was making quilt tops for my friend to quilt on her new long arm machine. We thought we could combine our efforts and have a few quilts to sell. This quilt was such a beauty that my friend decided she wanted it for herself. Now that's a true complement. I like it so much I plan to make another for myself, mine will be hand quilted.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just because a quilt looks complicated doesn't mean it is. That's one of the fun parts of quilting, non quilters think you are so talented--and sometimes what they don't know won't hurt them.

This is BEAUTIFUL. I really like the fabrics that you used. The quilting really compliment it perfectly. Its no wonder you both need one. Me too.

Ive been wanting to make a double wedding ring quilt -this one is amazing, could you tell me which book you found the pattern in, Ive looked online and cant find it.

It's called Monet's Wedding Ring and I found it in a book by Judy Martin, called Scraps. She does the most amazing thing with her quilt patterns and they're so easy.

Lovely lovely beautiful quilt.O I really hope the recipient of this gift will cherish it always. Such beautiful work you do. Do you do your own longarm quilting as well? If not, you are keeping oneone else in business as well. Lol.

I hand quilt my quilts but have had a few done by machine, mostly when I get behind in my quilting. I gave this quilt to my friend who quilted it on her machine. I need to make one for me.
