Most easy project. I used an old dictionary book for my paper source. (Any old attractive paper will do) Tear strips and pieces and arrange by sizes on your table top. I poured the mod podge into a bowl for easy access. I used a sponge brush to apply to the paper and directly to the styro foam shape head.
