Added the snowflake in duplicate stitch to dress up the plain red mittens. These were knit with Lamb's Pride Wool with a soft DK lining. of merino wool.

These mitts are LOVELY....I was looking at your previous pic with all four you made,,did they take you very long? I love the red mittens..I purchased this course and since bringing my horse Bubba home, to live the rest of his (i hope many) years, im afraid i havent had much time to knit..i so miss it,..Tomorrow I'm off and just seeing all the mittens you created has really inspired me..and I plan on grabbing my double points, yarn and a giant cup of coffee and Im going to cast on...

Good luck! It takes about 5-6 hours to make a mitt. So about a weekend to make the pair. I am finishing another pair now and will post soon. Then on to try the tanglewood pattern. Every air makes you a little bit better.
