What was your inspiration?

My inspiration was the previous hat I had made on my blog...I love the texture so much and since my neice wanted some mittens, I just pulled it together.

What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the thumb, I didn't think think that it would come out right but it did after many tries.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I would say to choose a really nice color and think about what you want it to look like. Draw the design on paper with color pencils and then start once you have what you want in front of you. I would also suggest to make sure that you count your stitches before you move onto the next round because it does get a little bit confusing.
