What was your inspiration?
Saw this fabric and fell in love with it. Decided to make a baby quilt for a student worker.
What are you most proud of?
This started out as a much smaller quilt - but after re-watching the video...I realized I needed a different fabric for the back. So out I went out and selected flannel for the back and re-designed the quilt.
I'm most proud - that I selected the different fabrics and came up with my own design.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
It's pretty basic. I guess what my sewing teacher in H.S. taught us....that I sew wrong I shall rip. And I did a little ripping. Started sewing the raw edges on the back instead of the front! Silly me!!!
