Janet, i was taught cake decoration in bakery college before fondant and gum paste were around so you are right, but I still love it.

I am not into cake decorating, I was just searching around on Craftsy but after seeing this beautiful gem of a cake, you could change my thoughts on that. I have never had the opportunity to eat a cake that was so beautiful! I could lose myself in that and that is when to me is a work of true art. Love it!
