Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I scaled down the recipe from the class so that I could use just eight ounces of butter in the butter block, instead of the twenty called for :) This yielded eight regular sized croissants and from the scraps, nine mini croissants.
What are you most proud of? My husband and I couldn't get away for our anniversary trip this year, but I wanted to make the day special...voila, we started the morning off with freshly baked croissants! With the scraps leftover from making the regular croissants, I was able to make these mini pain au chocolat :)
