Mini Dresden Plate Quilt Top

Is this your project? Can you share instructions or a pattern with the Craftsy community?

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Home Decor

For: Home

Style: Traditional

Materials

Fabric, scraps, thread

What was your inspiration?

This was a quilt I finished - a dear friend started it last year, but was diagnosed with cancer and passed away before she could complete all the blocks.

What are you most proud of?

Actually getting this finished! I had to make 111 of those dresden plates and it took forever!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Just keep doing a little every day - you can eat an elephant one bite at a time!

Your friend chose a beautiful project - and had the good fortune to have you for a friend to finish it. We all hope our visions will be cherished by someone and that, should we not be granted the time to finish all of them ourselves, we hope someone will value them enough to complete them. You did beautifully!
