Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I made a chocolate cake, filled with SMBC, iced in ganache and covered in 1,200 teeny tiny modelling chocolate squares. I used Jessica Harris' upside down method of ganaching, her modelling chocolate recipe and most importantly her WAX PAPER TRANSFER METHOD - it save my life!
