What was your inspiration?
Several years ago I purchased a similar hat, and it quickly became my favorite. Of course, I couldn't find another like it, so last year when I made a lovely green fleece coat, I used the scraps, and some velveteen to recreate my favorite hat.
What are you most proud of?
Making the pattern, and instructions.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just have fun with it. I used fleece on one side, and velveteen on the other. If you're looking for easy, use fleece on both sides.
