What advice would you give someone starting this project?
YOU NEED TO KNOW MILLINERY SKILLS TO MAKE THE HAT. THE CLUTCH PATTERN IS VERY SIMPLE AND YOU CAN CHANGE THE FLAP, NICE PATTERN.
