What was your inspiration?
I am always looking for projects that can be worked in small units and then put together. This was my first attempt to work on black and that does present a new challenge. Found it thumbing through a book but do not remember which book or where it is now.
What are you most proud of?
Working on the black backgroud was a challenge that I had to overcome.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Test yourself on black first if you want to do it as needle turn. If not it could be done as machine applique. Sorry I don't remember where the pattern is.
